Digital Services & Custom Work
All of our services—eBook formatting, paperback formatting, proofreading, copyediting, and cover design—are custom and delivered digitally. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once work has started or files have been delivered.
Cancellations
We begin reviewing and preparing your project within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours, as long as we haven’t started the project.
Once your order has been reviewed and we send you a confirmation email stating “Your Project Is Being Processed”, your cancellation window closes. This email serves as a formal notification that work has started, and at that point, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.
We recommend reaching out immediately if you need to cancel, before you receive the processing email.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@kindle-ready.mavirtualsolutions.co with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will only be issued if:
- You cancel within 24 hours and before receiving the “Project Is Being Processed” email
- We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to issues on our end
- We fail to meet the service scope outlined in your selected package, and revisions do not resolve the issue
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing the order.
Revisions Instead of Refunds:
We offer unlimited revisions on formatting and design services (within 14 days after delivery) to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the result. If there’s an issue with your file, please reach out—we’ll fix it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@kindle-ready.mavirtualsolutions.co with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any supporting files or screenshots, if applicable
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
